I read in Gulf News just now of how Israeli forces have blocked a Palestinian village and so soon after reading Sayed Kashua's compelling novel, Let it be Morning (please scroll below for book review), I felt a chill. All this literature has opened my eyes to catch a forced new light and I can now picture the horrific nightmare that many innocent and unfortunate Palestinian villagers are going through because of a few extremists. Many of the tormented just want to live in peace.
