Progress on my play

I've just completed 3,519 words out of a maximum of 24,000 words for a full evening theatre play. Do I yet feel the playwright?
Only momentarily, I'm afraid.
I started writing this play seriously about a week and a half ago.
Much thought on dramatic movement & the strength of a farce. Still debating with characters.
Then I stalled for about 3 days because I worried my play was so dull, no one would stage it in the UK.
Still wrestling with the plot.
But today I completed 3,519 words and feel pleased.
Do cheer me on.
It's pretty much difficult plodding along.
